Foreword

I am not writing this book for anonymous readers, I am writing it for you: men and women who have already experienced life with all its richness, and therefore have experienced beauty and joy, but also difficulties and problems. For some of you, life may have been painful; perhaps you are broken, sad, and tired of life right now.

In this short book I will share my perspective on life, the past, the present, the future. In fact, each of us can only experience the present. We cannot live in the past or in the future. And for this

reason, we should focus on experiencing our present wisely, although the right approach to our past and to our future can help us experience the present in a better way.

As you read this book, you will learn my views on topics related to life, God, and personal growth. The things that will appear here include happiness, joy, peace, love, honesty, God’s providence, the meaning of life etc.; I believe these things are essential to a happy life.

In 2010 (I was born in 1972, so I am 49 now) I read my first personal development related book. It was The Power of Positive Thinking, written by Norman Vincent Peale. This book was my first step into learning about the field. Since 2010, I have read other such books and articles by well-known authors (e.g. Brian Tracy, Richard Templar, Dale Carnegie, Allan and Barbara Pease, among others). Through these books and psychology journals, my interest in personal growth has grown. I began to look at my attitudes, beliefs, desires, needs, accomplishments; I began to wonder what I could do to make my life better and happier.

My ebook is available here (for 1,04 dollars):
