The war in Ukraine continues. The war is a tragedy. The war that Putin is waging against an independent Ukraine is something worthy of all condemnation. No one who thinks in a wise and normal way supports Putin. Only people who are in some way inhuman support him. It is abnormal to justify Putin’s war with anything. Innocent civilians are dying, the exodus of Ukrainians to Poland, for example, continues.
We Poles wholeheartedly and with our actions support those who have to flee from death, from war in Ukraine. We must build peace in our hearts, in the hearts of Poles, in the hearts of Ukrainians, in the hearts of Europeans, in the hearts of everyone who lives on our globe. Peace begins in the heart, and evil and corrupt hearts plot wars, spread lies, etc.
It’s sad that things like this are happening before our eyes. Diplomatic efforts are needed, but the true and effective means for peace and an end to war(s) is supplicatory prayer to God.
On March 25, 2022, Pope Francis will consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. At the same time, the Papal Almsgiver, Cardinal Konrad Krajewski, will perform this act at the Fatima Shrine.
The Holy Father also issued a request that pastors and faithful around the world remain united in prayer at the same time, under the guidance of the Bishop of Rome.
In God our hope, may the Virgin Mary’s request be fulfilled on March 25, 2022 at 5 p.m. This is what the nations sense, this is what faithful Catholics around the world await.
Build peace in your homes, in your schools, at work, wherever you are, and year after year, century after century, the world can become a place where there will be no more wars and no more deaths of innocent people.
God bless you, build peace in your hearts, in the hearts of your children.
God bless you all,
