I want to teach you something important today: 5 things people regret at the end of their lives.

I encourage you to read this post carefully, because you can change something important in your life if you so choose. I often read these 5 things I write about in this post.

In the book “Top Five Regrets of the Dying”, Bronnie Ware gives 5 things that people regret at the end of their lives.

At the end of life, people regret:

In the Internet you can find this quotation:

“The 5 Greatest Regrets of the Dying are:

  • I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
  • I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
  • I wish I had the courage to express my feelings.
  • I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
  • I wish that I had let myself be happier.”

What more can I add? Probably nothing, I can only encourage myself to remember these 5 points. You too can record and remember what is most important to you from these 5 ideas.

And here’s a link to Bronnie Ware’s blog post about these 5 regretted things:

Conclusion:

It is important for development to know what to do in life so that development satisfies us, so that you can enjoy development, and it is also important to develop your own (accepted by you) lifestyle. You yourself must decide what kind of life you want.

A question for today (for you): what knowledge from this post will you apply in your life?

Dare to live. It’s YOUR life.
