Reševanje težav ljudi – to je lahko vaša pot do uspeha

People have all sorts of problems. One way to make money is to help people solve them. You can give people what they need. For example, you can create an innovative course to learn a foreign language, you can write a novel that interests them. What I’m writing now is not just about problems, it’s about human needs. You can think about what people’s needs are and how you can meet them with your product or service.
Ljudje imajo različne težave. Eden od načinov za zaslužek je, da ljudem pomagate pri njihovem reševanju. Ljudem lahko ponudite, kar potrebujejo. Lahko na primer pripravite inovativen tečaj za učenje tujega jezika ali napišete roman, ki jih zanima. To, kar pišem zdaj, ni le o težavah, temveč o človeških potrebah. Razmišljate lahko o tem, kakšne so potrebe ljudi in kako jih lahko zadovoljite s svojim izdelkom ali storitvijo.
If your product or service is of good quality and solves a problem (or satisfies a need) then people will be happy to pay you. Let me give you an example from my own experience – it concerns the sale of my second book, which I published in Polish in traditional (paperback) form. I ordered several dozen copies and started telling my customers about my book, what it was about and how the book could change their lives. And what did it turn out to be? People who know me and trust my professionalism willingly bought my book because they found it helpful for them or for someone they want to give the book to as a gift. People won’t buy something that has no value to them, it’s not the price that counts, it’s the value.
Če je vaš izdelek ali storitev kakovostna in rešuje težavo (ali zadovoljuje potrebo), vam bodo ljudje z veseljem plačali. Naj navedem svoj primer – gre za prodajo moje druge knjige, ki sem jo izdal v poljščini v tradicionalni obliki (t. i. paperback). Naročil sem nekaj deset izvodov in začel svojim strankam pripovedovati o svoji knjigi, o čem govori in kako lahko spremeni njihovo življenje. In kaj se je izkazalo? Ljudje, ki me poznajo in zaupajo moji strokovnosti, so mojo knjigo rade volje kupili, ker je bila koristna zanje ali za nekoga, ki ga želijo obdarovati. Ljudje ne bodo kupili nečesa, kar zanje nima vrednosti, saj ni pomembna cena, temveč vrednost.
To sum up: out of needs and/or problems come human needs – make yourself known as a creator of a product or service, become a professional in giving value, and success will ‘come’ to you. Good luck.
Zaključek: iz potreb in/ali težav izhajajo človeške potrebe – postanite znani kot ustvarjalec izdelka ali storitve, postanite profesionalec v podajanju vrednosti in uspeh bo prišel sam od sebe. Veliko sreče.
