Introduction

Why am I writing this book?

I am writing A Happy Life – 10 Steps to Success. A Guide to:

* Guide you towards a happy life. 
* Inspire you to personal development and change for the better in your life. 
* Share what I believe is very important in the field of personal development.
* Share my personal development experience. 
* To present some ideas, techniques, principles and tips related to personal development.

The main objective of this guide to make you realise that you are responsible for your level of happiness. The feeling of happiness depends on many factors, but it is mainly your thoughts and beliefs that shape your everyday life, you feel happy or not.

In this book you will find a lot of theory about happiness, supportive and limiting beliefs, values that should shape your life. In this guide, I will also share my thoughts on how you can use experiences from your past to live your life more fully; in one part of the guide, I will write about what anxiety and fear are and their functions in life, I will try to encourage you to think about your fears and help you 'tame' these fears.

In the first part of this guide, you will learn what visualisation is and how to use it to achieve your goals; I will also describe the impact of positive and negative emotions on our lives."
