‘The model of parish renewal that Fr Mallon proposes focuses on three elements. The first is openness to the power of the Holy Spirit. These three methods are valid and already work in many countries around the world. May this programme of Fr James Mallon be applied in more and more parishes in Poland and around the world. The Church is missionary, so it still needs evangelisation. It needs wise leadership. Let us help our pastors to lead their parishes. The Church can also flourish through the laity, through their involvement in the life of the parish. Let us not put everything on the shoulders of our priests.
