Have you ever read a book that influenced your personal or professional life? One of those books can be – in my view – Pat Flynn’s “Superfans: The Easy Way to Stand Out, Grow Your Tribe, and Build a Successful Business.” In this post I’ll share my opinion on the value of this book for anyone who is giving some kind of value to his or her audience.
In his prologue the author says that fans are important, but the key to some people’s success are so called “superfans”. Of course, you don’t have to have “superfans”, but focusing on them and doing some work to have this kind of fans can make your way to a big success more efficient. Think about celebrities or well-known singers. They have to have a lot of fans to earn big money.
But consider this (Pat Flynn is talking about it in his book): let’s imagine you are a specialist (an expert) in some field (you are an author or some kind of artist etc); try to imagine what value you can deliver to e.g. 1000 people in the world; sometimes it will take time but this time and your creative thinking could lead you to your “superfans”. Patt Flynn mentions how he found his “superfans” when he offered them some kind of course.
Isn’t it a good idea to make a course or write a book that can be sold to 1000 people (or many more)? If your product is a real value for your audience, they sometimes pay a lot! The Internet gives us the possibilities we didn’t have in the past, we can use our minds to create something that solves the problems of some group of people. Someone said: “Don’t chase money, solve problems.”
The author presents a few groups of people who are somebody’s audience. The author describes strategies that can move some customers (clients, readers etc) from the biggest group of someone’s audience (who often don’t buy anything) to the group of “superfans” (who pay for someone’s products or services).
One of the ways of making money is described in this idea (mentioned in the introduction of the book): to have a prosperous business you don’t have to change the whole world, but changing the world of one person can be enough. In the introduction the author presents his idea of the paradigm of a superfan. Patt Flynn gives this piece of advice: People become your superfans thanks to magical moments that you create for them.
In Part1, Part 2 and Part 3 of his book, the autor tells us how to use strategies leading to “making” superfans, and in Part 4 he describes the dark sides of building the society of “superfans”.
Conclusion
If your are a blogger, an author, an artist, or somebody who gives something that your audience appreciate, you should definitely read and implement Pat Flynn’s ideas. Good luck in helping people in solving their problems! Dare to live.

Good blog post. Things i would like to add is that laptop memory needs to be purchased if your computer can no longer cope with what you do with it. One can set up two good old ram boards with 1GB each, as an example, but not certainly one of 1GB and one having 2GB. One should check the company’s documentation for own PC to make sure what type of memory space is essential.
