Nothing can separate us from Christ's love for us, not even our sin. JESUS instituted the sacrament of penance - when we commit what is not good and decent in GOD's eyes, we always have a chance to be reconciled with GOD - precisely through sacramental confession.

Archbishop Sheen writes: "People living in filth rarely realise how filthy filth is. People living in sin generally do not understand how hideous sin is. It has the terrible property that the more we experience it, the less we know about it.
