“Novo podjetje mora na začetku ponuditi nekaj veliko boljšega od tistega, kar so na začetku ponujali vodilni na trgu…” (prispevek je navdihnila knjiga Yanceyja Stricklerja)

Let me start with a quote from Yancey Strickler’s book “To jest nasza przyszłość. Manifest na rzecz szlachetniejszego świata.” (The original title: “This Could be Our Future. A Manifesto for a More Generous World.”)

Naj začnem s citatom iz knjige Yanceyja Stricklerja “To je naša prihodnost. Manifest za plemenitejši svet”. (Izvirni naslov: ““This Could be Our Future. A Manifesto for a More Generous World.”

On page 61 the author writes: “A new company has to offer something much better at the start than what the market leaders were offering when they started, and it has to be as good – if not better – than what they are offering now. And just as cheap. The expectation bar for creating a successful business is being set higher and higher.” (the translation from Polish)

Na strani 61 avtor piše: “Novo podjetje mora na začetku ponuditi nekaj veliko boljšega od tistega, kar so ob začetku ponujali vodilni na trgu, in to mora biti enako dobro – če ne celo boljše – od tistega, kar ponujajo zdaj. In prav tako poceni. Lestvica pričakovanj za ustanovitev uspešnega podjetja se postavlja vedno višje.” (prevod iz poljščine)

Some bloggers or book authors have to compete in the market, they wonder how to run their blog, what books to write to succeed in a competitive market. How to write to gain new audiences? Business owners wonder what to compete with, how to make a service or product sell well. In my opinion, what matters for blogs, books or businesses is customer satisfaction. And the customer will be happy when the service or product solves a problem for the customer. For example: someone is looking for personal development blogs to use their content for their own development. So he is looking for QUALITY.

Nekateri blogerji ali avtorji knjig morajo tekmovati na trgu, zato se sprašujejo, kako voditi svoj blog, katere knjige napisati, da bi uspeli na konkurenčnem trgu. Kako pisati, da bi pridobili novo občinstvo? Lastniki podjetij se sprašujejo, s čim naj konkurirajo, kako doseči, da se bo storitev ali izdelek dobro prodajal. Po mojem mnenju je pri blogih, knjigah ali podjetjih pomembno zadovoljstvo strank. Stranka pa bo zadovoljna, če bo storitev ali izdelek rešil njen problem. Na primer: nekdo išče bloge o osebnem razvoju, da bi vsebino uporabil za svoj razvoj. Torej išče KAKOVOST.

The price of the service or product also matters. If the product or service is good or even very good then the customer will be happy to pay for the solution to their problem. High quality and the right price are the keys to business success.

Pomembna je tudi cena storitve ali izdelka. Če je izdelek ali storitev dobra ali celo zelo dobra, bo stranka z veseljem plačala za rešitev svoje težave. Visoka kakovost in prava cena sta ključ do poslovnega uspeha.
