Focus on solutions, not problems.
Let me start with a quote from A. Robbins' book "Notes from a Friend" (my copy of the book is in Polish). Here is that quote: "I also kept reminding myself that I needed to focus on what I wanted to achieve, to focus on solutions rather than problems."
Teenagers and the quality of Polish educational system.
"When a teenager enrolls in a drama club class, for example, he steps outside his comfort zone, takes risks, limits his control, and begins the process, often without knowing the outcome. Additionally, he starts to build social relationships with other kids, learns attentiveness, co-responsibility, closeness. That when he is part of a team, what happens between people becomes most important, not his individual goals.
“Education should be represented by experts.” (Zdzisław Hofman)

“The power to change our future lies within ourselves.” (Anthony Robbins)
I encourage you to read this post carefully: it could be the start of your transformation, as I comment on the important words of Anthony Robbins from his book 'Letters to a Friend'.
Your beliefs determine the quality of your life – so get rid of the beliefs that limit you.
There are limiting beliefs and supporting beliefs. Supportive beliefs reassure us that we can achieve what we strive for. Limiting beliefs sabotage our efforts. Most often they are related to past experiences that have affected our self-esteem.
“Using your strengths is far more lucrative…” ( a post inspired by the book by Timothy Ferriss)
"Using our strengths is far more lucrative and enjoyable than trying to fix all the cracks in our armour. We have a choice between multiplying our results by using our strengths and making tiny progress against our weaknesses. These advances will at best allow us to achieve mediocrity in a given field."
