What are the most important things in life? In my opinion, these are: having a clear conscience, feeling and being sure that you are an honest person, and it is also important to be honest, to have a passion for life, to enjoy everyday life, not to compete with others but with yourself. Faith, hope and love are very important, too. Sense of happiness is also important.

Some excerpts from my third book entitled “A cure for anxiety. How to work through anxiety and start living peacefully?”
In chapter one, I outline what anxiety, worry and fear are (among other things, I give their definitions). In chapter two, I describe the negative sides of living with anxieties and fears. In chapter three, I give reasons for getting rid of most (or all) fears. In chapter four, I introduce ideas related to fears and describe how to do practical exercises to 'work through' fears in order to deal with them effectively
A few paragraphs on anxiety (from my third book).
As a consequence of human fears, we can observe the following negative attitudes.
Development areas: some thoughts on the subject.
Personal development is rewarding; we do not stand still when we develop. Development can (and should) be in different areas of life. For me, it is important to develop spiritually, intellectually, professionally, emotionally, in the area of financial education.
Di cosa abbiamo paura? Alcune riflessioni sulla paura e sull’ansia.
In today's post, I want to share some thoughts that are contained in my third book titled "A Cure for Anxiety."
Some thoughts from Regina Wong’s book and my commentary.
"It is only up to you to define success and achieve it. ", and also: "We quickly realise that you have to pay dearly for these outward signs of success".
My third book – part of the foreword.
I fear the justice of God, who after my death will judge my thoughts, words and deeds committed during my earthly life, and the sudden death of my beloved wife. Other than that, I am not afraid of anything or anyone. You may wonder: "How is this possible? After all, a so-called normal person is afraid of many things, e.g. losing a job, betrayal by a spouse, contracting a serious illness, war, etc."
Why should you read Mary Welford’s book ‘The Compassionate Mind Approach to Building Self-Confidence’?
"We live in a world that constantly urges us to judge, classify and evaluate ourselves. We get messages from everywhere that we may not be good enough." In my opinion, the modern world wants to make us believe that only achievements, titles, certificates, exams, careers, big money, etc. count. We often succumb to this world and its delusions.
Solve people’s problems – this could be your way to success.
People have all sorts of problems. One way to make money is to help people solve them. You can give people what they need. For example, you can create an innovative course to learn a foreign language, you can write a novel that interests them. What I'm writing now is not just about problems, it's about human needs.
Take matters into your own hands, be proactive!
What your current life looks like depends mainly on you. External factors can be (and often are) beyond your control, but you should take responsibility for your life, for what it looks like.
